Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concerning the temporary rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes as well as all other services and deliveries provided by the hotel to the guest in this context.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the guest's booking by the hotel.

The booking confirmation shall be provided in text form.

3. Services, Prices, Payment

The hotel is obliged to keep the rooms booked by the guest available and to provide the agreed services.

The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or applicable prices of the hotel for the room accommodation as well as for any additional services used by the guest.

Unless otherwise agreed, hotel invoices are due for payment immediately upon receipt without deduction.

4. Withdrawal / Cancellation

A withdrawal by the guest from the contract concluded with the hotel requires the hotel's consent in text form.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the cancellation and withdrawal conditions specified at the time of booking shall apply.

In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival (no-show), the hotel shall be entitled to charge the agreed remuneration in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

5. Liability of the Hotel

The hotel shall be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The hotel shall be liable for items brought into the hotel by the guest in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular pursuant to Section 701 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

To the extent permitted by law, the hotel's liability for other damages shall be limited to intent and gross negligence.

6. Pets

Pets are only permitted with the prior consent of the hotel.

The hotel may make the accommodation of pets subject to the payment of a separate fee. The applicable fees shall be communicated to the guest before the contract is concluded.

7. Final Provisions

Amendments or supplements to the contract as well as to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in text form.

The place of performance and payment is the registered office of the hotel.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
